  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Mix together salt, coconut sugar, and almond flour.
  3. Add in coconut oil, vanilla extract, and soy milk.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Use small ice cream scoop or tablespoon to divide batter into 12 cookies, and place on cookie sheet.
  6. Flatten cookies using fork or clean fingers, and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  7. Let cool completely and enjoy!
